04 Consulting & Brokerage Engagements
All consulting engagements are subject to a separate agreement or email confirmation. Brokerage services are provided on a commission basis, details of which will be agreed upon before engagement commences.
DomainX™ acts as an intermediary and consultant. We do not guarantee the successful acquisition or sale of any domain name, nor do we guarantee any specific valuation outcome. Domain markets are subject to change and all advice is based on information available at the time of consultation.
05 Academy Programs
Enrolment in DomainX™ Academy programs is subject to payment of applicable fees. By enrolling, you agree that:
- Program content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice
- Past domain sales results shared in course materials do not guarantee future returns
- Program access is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed
- Recorded sessions and materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy detailed separately on this website
